William Jefferson Blythe III was coming home to see his pregnant wife when all of the sudden POP his tire went. His car hurled William out and killed him.
Three months later on August 19, 1946 his son William Jefferson Blythe IV came into this world. He is a baby boomer.
William was born in Hope Arkansas. His mother's name is Virginia and his father's name is William Jefferson Blythe IV.
When Billy was about two his mother sent him to live with his grandparents, so she could study nursing. One year when Billy was at school playing high jump. He tripped and broke his leg in three places.
When Bill was seven his mother remarried Roger Clinton, who was a car dealer and alcoholic. Roger sometimes beat his wife.
Billy's new dad bought a farm. One day a ram butted Billy in the head. So he had to get stitches.
At age fourteen Billy said to his dad, "Don't ever touch my mother again."
Virginia divorced Roger and then remarried him again.
At age sixteen Roger adopted Bill.
When Bill was seventeen he went and saw John F. Kennedy. Since meeting JFK William became fascinated with politics.
When Bill was in high school he played Tenor Saxophone. Bill played in all the bands at school.
Bill's first college was George Town University. Bill visited his father every weekend after school. Because he was dying of Cancer. Later he died.
In Bill's senior year he earned a Rhodes Scholar.
That's when Bill went to Oxford.
Bill then got a draft notice for the war. To avoid going strait to the war he joined the ROTC. When he got his call number [311] he new he wouldn't get called.
Then Bill went to Yale Law School. There he met Hillary Rodham. One day Bill and Hillary went to Texas to help with a campaign. Then they went back to Yale for finals and passed without going to a class.
After school Bill went back to Arkansas.
Bill then taught law at Arkansas University.
Then Bill ran for congress and won! When he ran again he lost.
Then Hillary Rodham went to Arkansas to teach law. Then Hilary and Bill rejoined. One day Bill said, "I bought the house you liked." Then he said, "I guess we'll just have to get married." So they fixed up a house on California Drive and got married.
Bill was elected Attorney General at age 30.
Then Bill ran for Governor. In the primary race he got 59.4%. But in the real election he got an overwhelming 338,684 votes or in other words 63.4%.
On February 27, 1980 Chelsea Clinton was born.
In 1980 Bill lost reelection for Governor.
Then he joined Little Rock Law Firm. That year he went and apologized to people for not listening to them while he was governor.
That year he beat Frank White for governor by 54.7%. Bill also won 2 more election after that. In one of the elections he won with 63% of the votes, and in the second 64% of the votes.
Bill then decided to run for President. In primary election he ran against Jerry Brown, Tom Harkin, Bob Kerry and Paul Tsongas. Then Bill won the primary election.
Bill then choose Al Gore for his Vice-President.
Then Bill won the general election after Perot stepped out of the race. But then Perot reentered in the final race.
For Bill's campaign he said that he'd turn America around.
Then Bill won! Bill had 370 electoral votes and 44,909,889 popular votes.
One of Bill's goals was to make America a better place. I don't know if he accomplished that goal though.

When Bill was in office we went to Kosovo to help stop the war. The war did not affect America in any way.
In the end Bill was reelected, and then impeached. In January 2001 the new President is either going to be, his old opponent George Bush or his old Vice-President Al Gore.
